Hi everyone! Finally got our update: CASE APPROVED!!! 

Apr 26: Case received 

Jun 28: Bio appointment 

Sep 6: RFE request 

Oct 17: RFE received 

Oct 30: Case approved!!!

 

Waiting for approval notice and GC now! So excited! Hope for everybody get approved soon too!

Congrats @JaneStaark !! We are about to file our AOS packet and I was wondering if you would mind sharing what your RFE was for? Trying to avoid any issues and would like to learn from your experience if possible 🙂

Hey! Sure! 

Our RFE was about household. We put all the info on our application, but still got a RFE about it. Question was about kids (which we don't have yet), so we put answer on the list and sent it back. As an additional information we added more proof about relationship: photos from our wedding, honeymoon, photos with friends and family, bank account statements with my name in it and also added some letters from our friends that they've been seeing us together and relationship is legit.
