K1 Visa Interview was too early, embassy to my Fiancée to wait for embassy to make the appointment what does that mean?

Can anybody help me I'm so confused, My fiancée we to her interview, they told her that the interview was too early, the embassy has not even review her case yet. She should go home and wait for the embassy to schedule her interview. But from I known and seen the interview were always schedule by yourself once you paid the visa fee. And plus my fiancée ceac visa said ready. What do I do next? and what does it mean?

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

ready does not mean "interview "  it means to fill out ds 160 and schedule interview

some embassies schedule it

and others have to be scheduled online by u or bene

 

Please do a timeline and ID the country

It’s Laos the country, not Lagos in Nigeria.

Thank you, so now I will have to wait and reschedule submit the D-160 again once I received the instructions?

She didn't even get into being interview they just send her back and said it was too early, so I just use that previous one we paid already or do a whole new D-160 after she received the instructions

Follow the instructions she was given.  If the consulate fails to contact her in 4 weeks, email them.  Again, this comes directly from the page I linked above:

 

" If you do not receive the instructions from the U.S Embassy within four weeks of the NVC notification about the transfer of your case to the embassy, you may email the consular section directly at conslao@state.gov."
