They can test to see what she has had, Titre. I would start this well in advance, certainly for me it was much cheaper to go in with everything done.

The interview does not need all the shot they do not collect this information. But go to the HCM city and start from scratch get all the shot she need and and keep  the record card. Because you either do it now or do it in the states when you she apply for the Green card ( time and money will cost a lot more then in VN )

@TD6886 Can this only be done at the 2 places listed on the Vietnam Embassy website. Since she lives in the south, she'll need to go to Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control and start from scratch and possibly titer like @Boiler mentioned, since she lost her immunization records?

For vaccines, you can go to either of two locations authorized by embassy:

  • Trung tâm Kiểm soát Bệnh tật Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
40 Nguyễn Văn Trỗi, Quận Phú Nhuận, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh – Điện thoại (84-28) 3844 5306
  • Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hồng Ngọc – Hà Nội
    55 Yên Ninh, Quận Ba Đình, Hà Nội – Điện thoại: (84-24) 3927 5559 – 7305 8880

Since your fiancé from Hau Giang, why not just go to  the first location and get everything done ?
