Ok, so it’ll be approx 4 years as you’re a LPR, there wouldn’t be a visa number available to her yet. But once you’re a citizen she’d be classed as an immediate relative and have no wait for a visa number - so maybe 18 months in total, much quicker. 
 

So you may want to consider applying for citizenship asap.

Not really, as your answers will be different to anybody else’s. But use the VJ guide above, and the I-130 instructions too. If you’re still struggling then perhaps it’s worth considering hiring an immigration lawyer to do the application for you. 
 

Is the mother of your child staying in Benin or are you filing for her too?
