Good Evening family, can someone help me which documents should I include for my i130 petition, to send it to uscis?

It depends. Who are you petitioning for and where are they?

For my daughter under 21 years. Please

And where is she?

Are you a citizen or green card holder? You seem to have posted in both forums so it’s not clear.

Ok, so this is the VJ guide you need -

And here’s the official info and link to apply - https://www.uscis.gov/i-130

When does your daughter turn 21 and when will you be eligible to apply for citizenship? As the child of a LPR unfortunately she’s got quite a wait ahead of her, whereas children of USC’s are classed as immediate relatives and don’t have to wait for a visa number to become available to them. So if you’re eligible to apply for citizenship anytime soon it would speed her process up considerably.

Good luck.

Thank you dwheel, so, after I file I should send all the evidence with the package or wait until uscis requests them?

Send evidence with your petition package. Show all ur visits also through the years. Been seeing Lagos lately  putting people in AP asking for these kind of evidence.

Whatever your class of admission was - it’ll be on your green card as ‘category’.

You seem to have missed my questions above about when your daughter turns 21, or if you’re eligible to apply for citizenship. I’m not asking just to be nosy but it is relevant - presumably you’re aware that it will be many years before your daughter is even eligible for a visa if you’re not a citizen?
