Is there any one who has recently received this annotation?

 

We were not informed of any issues during or after the medical examination. Is there any way to find out specifically why we received this annotation? Should we email the consulate? Can they disclose the medical condition?

After the medical exam, they told us that they would notify us if there was anything alarming. We weren't called back for a follow-up or to start treatment. At the consulate, the visa officer didn't say anything was wrong. We were approved on the spot. We are wondering why we weren't shown the results of the tests if there is cause for such annotation.

We emailed the consulate and they took FOREVER to reply....with a NON answer. We went back to the clinic with the visa and they told us it was latent tb. The x-rays were clear so they didn't think it was relevant to tell us. 😆 No treatment was suggested. Call the medical clinic where the examination was performed and show them the visa. They should tell you....

 

I still don't understand why the consulate refused to tell us why they classified it as A or B...we were freaking out for weeks with no response from them and when they finally did with a non answer... 😠. Anyways....good luck!
