Does a K1 application can impact a CR1 case?

Hi,

my wife and I went through a K1 application before getting married. The K1 went well, but got ultimately delivered as "Canceled Without Prejudice" due to COVID-19 pandemic reasons (or something like that).

About 2 years after this **** event and a tough LDR journey, we got married and applied for CR1 (we now live together abroad while it's getting processed).

My CR1 is currently at the USCIS stage, but I was wondering if the fact that we applied for a K1 in the past, can it have a negative impact?

I don't think so, but we sometimes overthink ahah 😄

Thanks!

If that's the whole story, it's nothing at all to worry about.

I filed for a K1 and while that was still processing, I filed a CR1. No issues. I just cancelled the K1 while it was pending and continued with CR1. Visa approved in 2021 and now living in USA.
