My interview was on March 19 and I also got the ds5535 got 2 updates on my case. On the embassy website they say it should be resolved within 60 business days but sometimes it takes less or more than

Hii my interview was on march 20 w i got ds5535 form at the embassy in beirut .

@F.I my dad is 68 years old and he still got it, it’s not about the age, unfortunately this is there system, and here I am next week, we will complete 60 days of waiting and still no update from them!

The embassy won't do much. The main answer comes from the department of state.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

Try to reach your senator or congressman and see if he can send them an email to get an update on your case, but most of the time you will get the generic response which is still in progress, but won’t hurt to try!
