Hello everyone! My dad received his visa today (yay!). Can I purchase his plane ticket myself here in the US directly on the airline website or does he need to purchase one himself in the Philippines because they might ask for proof of payment? I’ve read somewhere that this is the case but might be an outdated policy? Your input will be greatly appreciated!

Can you just send him money and he buy it himself to avoid any hiccups?
