lawyer sent out my i-824 to go for IR1.

i already lived in US for 2 yrs and came from spitting distance of my GC but left US without AP and kicked myself off track.

i already have an approved i-130, case number and the whole 9 yards...

what kind of time frame am i looking at for an interview and visa if i go through the montreal office?

take a look at the timelines it varies

if you have an approved I-30 (not sure what you mean by the whole 9 yards)

then you will have the NVC stage before you will get your interview
