After my wife has  Interview, Test and Same Day Oath (all on the same day), lets say April 29 2024. Can she apply for USA passport on the same day (April 29 2024)? We want to travel ASAP right after the interview and oath. Will the proper paper work be given to her on the same day which will be needed to apply for USA passport?

This will be at the Portland Oregon field office BTW

Hey there,

I just had my interview at Denver office last week. They stopped doing same day oath ceremonies a few months ago. I was a bit disappointed.  I did ask if I could and there was no one available to do it.  I would make sure that your office is still doing them, maybe by combing through posts here?

I scheduled my passport application appointment/photo for the day after my oath ceremony, so I could get my passport asap.

2011 - 2013 - K-1, AOS, Lifting COnditions

2013 - 2014 - GC approved

2024 - Instead of renewing, why not go the full monty? (They actually made it really easy to do this)
