After a long wait I received the following email from Montreal which seems very inconclusive to me. My I-601 was approved almost a year ago.

I called the doctor’s office to book for my medical and they informed me that they need a file number to upload the results which was not provided to me by the consulate.

Consulate also requested me to send the passport but provided no information as to where to send it.

Please let me know if anyone else has received the same corespondent from Montreal Consulate and what was outcome. Thank you very much!

No one received this notice? Ive sent my medical again and now waiting on the mercy of the consular.

Are they going to ask for my passport or will advise to book an interview again.

I really want this chapter closed, this is the third time I sent my medical. Lord have mercy on me.
