Great day!

After AP, my Jamaican fiance's passport was returned and the embassy requested to file a waiver and court documents.

He has a 10-year-old larceny in Mandeville.

Has anyone completed a waiver? Are there reliable resources on waivers?

Does anyone know the process for requesting court documents in Mandeville Jamaica? Does it cost anything?

Any information will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Jamaica can be really backward in obtaining documents from Government institutions sometimes. I am not sure  of how he would go about obtaining the court documents. What he can do is to call the court and request this information then he proceeds from there.

I also have no experience in obtaining a waiver, and only heard about it when I heard the consular advising a gentleman to get one when I went to my interview. I just went on google and will attach what I have found below. All the best.
