So if the embassy requested you send your passport back, there should be a link in the request email that takes you to a portal where you print off a form with your name on it as well as a tracking number and a barcode for dpd to scan. The cost of the shipment back to the embassy is then paid for. That’s probably the form they are looking for. Otherwise I do think you can mail it back just like in general, but you’d still want to include the letter in the envelope so the embassy has your tracking details. I’d go back to their request email and see if you see the link for the portal.

I had them request one more document (updated police report) at the time of the interview and then I was just told that I would need to send it back in with my passport after my medical. I have not received any other request as of yet. Will this come once they get my medical results or am I missing one that should have already arrived? I can't find any link in my mails or in the mail they sent when they requested a updated police report?

Yes so after they got my husband’s medical report results they sent an email to him asking for his passport to be sent back and that’s where the link was with the form that can be printed to be scanned by dpd. So keep an eye out for that and you should be good to go then to send in the police cert and passport!

I tried to contact NVC, and received the same generic response. Thanks for the timeline, hopefully, I will receive interview letter soon.
