Thank you! About 4-5 times they updated me with answers from consulate.

Company lawyers as i know did nothing as they said need to wait 8 months to start working on the case...

@Mike8 do you remember by any chance how your application status was transforming in CEAC (https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx) during the months of waiting and closer to the resolution date?

good question. The status was not changing during the processing. All the time it was just "Refused". Then it was changed to "Administrative processing" as i remember only after i got a call from embassy. After few days when i gave them passports it was changed to "Issued"

one more thing. I heard that because of "clearance proceeded" (or smth like that) mark on my VISA I may be challenged by officers on port of entry. In my case and in case of my colleagues its not true. Traveling was very smooth and as i see nobody really cares about that. Maybe only in case if i would renew the visa i may be placed on AP again but idk.
