NVC affidavit of support and financial docs

Hello everyone, 

thank you so much for your help I’m advance, 

we are on the NVC stage, and it took us a little longer than planned. we felt out all the required info online and had to submit the financial documents. While we were waiting name of the applicant was changed. But the form online where we suppose to fill out the info seem not to be available, basically, can’t go back. What is the best way to go about it?

The name of the petitioner, the beneficiary or the joint sponsor for the I-864 changed?

Just deal with it in person by using the new passport at medical and interview.  However, the beneficiary will need to ALSO carry id in the previous name used, so they know XYZ is now ABC.
