February 2022? What is your question exactly?

I am assuming you are asking if this could be a problem (married second wife before divorced from first)?

Yes, if you like to bring your wife you would need to solve this issue.

I never been in the USA I don't have green card     the only one thing is that I divorced the first wife  after my marriage second time. In Mexico. And am trying to know if this would make problem if I win dv lottery

It is a problem because you are not married to your second wife. Meaning if you like to bring your wife along, she wouldn’t qualify as you guys are not legally married.

'Brother' is quite presumptuous! Lots of us are female.  Your current wife isn't your wife, so you'd need to remarry her if you wanted her to become your legal spouse. I've no idea if there would be any issue with the bigamy you committed though.

Where were you born, Mexico or Morocco? Or somewhere else?

I married her in Mexico. My Mexican wife. . I was born in Morocco. But I live in Mexico now. I have a Mexican marriage certificate. I asked a judge here who told me that according to Mexican law, I am single  even  Iif were married in Morocco  with my ex American wife because I explained him the situation.  That time.  .

Yes, of course you're single - your second marriage wasn't legal. Which is why you need to remarry her if you want her to become your legal spouse.

Even in Mexico. I dressed as my legal wife. Or do you mean in America?? If you win the lottery, it won't be a problem. This is what I ask

As you've been told above, it will be a problem. She's not your wife so can't get a derivative visa from you.

Thank you so much. So. I need to divorce her and marry again

You can't divorce her if you're not married to her.

You were NEVER legally married to your current "wife" because you were not legally divorced when you married her. You can't divorced someone you're not legally married to. You need to marry her legally.

You sound desperate to get to the US.   Why is that?

If u were lucky enough to win the DV lottery and listed this woman as your wife and were not legally married at the time,  then yes,  at some point it could be a problem  as it was misprepresentation on the application for the lottery

If u did not list her as wife,  the marry and if lucky in DV lottery list her and the new marriage date on the ds 260
