N-400 decision not made yet

Hi guys

I applied n-400 on March 29th 2023 and got interview on 11/22/2023, decision not made at interview.

I applied citizenship after my 5 years eligibility of green card.

I got Greencard through marriage based,

My 10 year Greencard approved on December 2020, I divorced on feb 2021, is this an issue????

Till now it's more than 120 days there is no response from uscis, I called them and put new request, now they saying it will take more 90 days because of work overload .

I submitted form to senater also..

Please suggest me something I should now..

Could be an issue.

 

 

Not sure what you're looking for here.  They have told you that a decision cannot be made yet.  No senator can change that.  You just have to wait.
