Administrative process 221 g

I attended my interview on Oct 24 i was giving 221 G form requested for few documents which i summited on 26th oct and Nov 28 , i was asked to summit police clearance from malaysia , dubia and my birth country and affidavit of support and house hold memmber which are form I-1864 and I-1864a my case was last updated January 18 still dont know whats going on can anybody tell me how long its going to take to complete the case

Administrative Processing doesn't have exact timeline. It can be days, it can be weeks or months. Nobody can predict.

 No one can tell you how long it will take.   Could be months or years.

Not really, it's just background checks which they have to do - and unfortunately some countries take much longer than others to respond to any request. Were the documents missing (i.e. you should have taken them to the interview) or have they asked for something you weren't expecting?

I dont mind with the ap or background check they have my passport and i have resident permit on it and i cant leave the country for now and its over 6 months

i tried but they didnt reply my email and i didnt feel ds5535 form so i dont understand why is taking so long , a friend of mine got his visa issued after 3 months i dont know why mine is taking so long

Everybody's case is different, it will depend on the checks they are doing and the countries involved.

the embassy does not like immigrants to do additional international travel after the interview/that would require additional security checks / u already have 3 countries to verify and if u were born in India or Pakistan,  the wait is extended as those countries (among many others) have poor  record keeping and make the AP long.

Many countries allow to get second passport in situations like yours. Have you explored the idea?

What is the basis for your first sentence?  It is not accurate, whatever the source.  OP should be able to get his passport back as needed — especially if he has need to prove his residency for some reason —until his visa is ready to be issued.

I think his right My Attorney said they dont want me to travel until they finish the whole process, guess i woukd have to pay for re-entry as long as its not up to a year

if u retrieve your passport while they are already checking your travel history,   do u really think they won't check the new international travel 

and the casa embassy held onto a passport for over a year while In AP  and when he finally asked for it back, they informed him that he should not travel anywhere till AP is done as it would add to more investigation.
