Hard case to prove my VAWA of for them to get an annulment based on potential immigration fraud?

Would USCIS even be able to discover the documents for annulment? They won’t be able to review the findings right?

Yes, USCIS will be able to discover documents foe annulment. I can bet money your ex spouse will even help them.

You'd probably need a family lawyer contesting that annulment.

Ok, then it may be a hard case to approve. I would consult with a lawyer...

hard case to prove my VAWA, or hard case for them to prove an annulment based on fraud?

my divorce is still on going but they want to petition to change divorce into annulment on the basis of fraud. If judge agrees, the divorce case will be changed into an annulment one.

Annulments are not easy to pull off usually. Do they have strong evidence of fraud?

Yes. If you only were married for a very short time that already makes in hard to approve. If marriage is annuled based on fraud, I'd think WAVA case is almost dead.

it usually take 10 to 12 month from your approval to receive 485 response, so by Jan 24, you will hear something from them ( if you have 485 pending )

After case was reopen ?

 VAWA was REOPEN second day

I have pending 485 since 2018.

Do I need to expect approval for VAWA or receive response for 485 ?

reach out to your congress person to get you an update on your VAWA. It is very strange after reopen they have not made any decision.

My “abuser” also contacted his congress person with his side of the story 🙄.

can that be used against me?

Why are you quoting the word "abuser"? Is it real abuse? If so, cut all the contact with that person and communicate through your lawyer only.
