Yes absolutely call the Clark and find out. Usually it takes around 30 days. However, it depends where are you and how busy your judge is. Go ahead and call the Clark. Politely ask him/her you called to find out status of your motions.

Thank you balo I did mistake I called clerk and left voice message for clerk  and approximately 40 minutes later my attorney called me :( which I did not expect I figured out that clerk was asking alien number and phone number but I gave allien number not phone number and clerk called my attorney because her number was on my case ..:) my attorney asked me you have some question for your case and  that she can respond me  and she told me we did everything correct and now we are waiting hearing date and once judge wil give us that date and we will present your reliefs and then ask to judge termination and then we can ask judge also adjustment or just terminate . I didn’t understand why we need to ask the judge adjustment  if I already submitted and paid fee for I485 with uscis.  Also attorney said what you mentioned above usually takes 1 month but depends how judge is busy .
once I got hearing date it will individual hearing right? And what we will do that hearing ? Do I need attend? Can judge terminated without giving hearing?

How many motions did your attorney send to court? I am not sure why your attorney wants to go to judge. She should have submitted two motions together.

I know someone whos asylum was admin closed. His attorney sent two motions to his judge, One to reclander the case and one to terminate. After a month Judge just terminated the asylum case.

My removal comes from my marriage’s era I didn’t attend my interview and I wanted apply Vawa and then 2 th court hearing judge admin closed and told me no need to come to court just focus your pending case which is already approved a year ago but my attorney also submitted I-485 to uscis 10 Months ago which is still pending in field office ( info came from congress) then I heard that they did  mistake and they need to terminate first then go with uscis .  Now they just sent motion to re calendar  also they  sent me  copy of this letter . Nothing else now waiting hearing date and make this case again active on docket then ask termination

ah so basically she sent only to re calendar. I am not sure how long re calendar gonna take. Usually motion to re calendar and motion to dismiss are very fast. Let's see if Judge re calendrer your case god knows what date you will get. I would say call the clerk and first find out the status of your motion and then i would say let him/her know what's your intention is for instance you would like to dismiss because you have X case approved.

Also ask your attorney why she did not send motion to dismiss? What is the reason behind it? Probably she would have better explanation.

=============================================================

THE BLONDE AT THE FOOTBALL GAME

A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her first football game.  They had great seats right behind their team's bench.

After the game, he asked her how she liked the experience.

"Oh, I really liked it," she replied, "especially the tight pants and all the big muscles.  But I couldn't understand why they were killing each other over a coin."

Dumbfounded, her date asked, "What do you mean?"

"Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it, and then for the rest of the game, all they kept screaming was, 'Get the quarterback!  Get the quarterback!'  I'm like, 'Hello?  It's only 25 cents!'"

:P

And I assume that have to file the EAD renewal package to USCIS Vermont Service Center 38 River Road? The same address where all the forms where sent originally. Is my understanding correct?

Yes that is correct. That's the right address to send those forms.
