Short answer: Yes.

 

Complicated answer: INA 334(a) controls that. The law just says "3 months" before meeting the residency period under Section 316 or Section 319. Section 316 is the general 5 year naturalization provision. Section 319 is the 3 year naturalization provision which is either by marriage or by VAWA.

Yes you are. most of people done that and you should do the same.

A general caution to all:  It's safest to wait a day or two, such as sending your N-400 on the 87th day.  People who have applied on what they thought was exactly the 90th day have had their materials returned because they were postmarked or received "too early."

After my vawa approval they’ve asked medical rfe for my pending i485 from 2020, they received it and it’s been 60 days still nothing…. Any suggestions? ( I had 2 covid shots from Moderna and doc said it’s all good but people keep saying I needed a booster) what the hell if doctor doesn’t know what to do what can I do

you do not need booster. I did not mine last year i did not get the booster. you should be fine with the medical. Since it is 60 days now i would say contact your congress person or make the info pass appointment.

My Moderna 2 doses were from 2021. It’s not expired or too old right? When was your shots? Also did the congress inquiry 3 weeks ago and they answered right away saying that now it’s in field office and in the queue.

My VAWA finally got approved yesterday. Last time it was approved in 2022 they changed it to name was updated and after so many back and forth they said it was a system glitch. Don’t want to jinx it, it says Card is being produced this time so waiting on the actual a C31 and approval letter… Already have my recently renewed 5years Work permit but can’t wait for this whole process to be over. Scheduling to do my medicals ahead of time just so it’s ready. What are the vaccines I can do with insurance to cut down cost? I already have the Covid ones, I was thinking if possible to do some with my medical insurance, get the medical clearance and present them to the civil surgeon so I don’t have to repeat them, then I do whatever tests that’s essential for the I693. What do you all think?

my doses were in 2020 as well. Do not worry about your medical part as long your doctor approved it you should be fine. Try to make the info pass appointment.

congratulations. you can do your medical now since it does not expire now. I think USCIS changed the policy recently about the medical.

I already sent my medical after rfe and they received may 15th
