Hi

I received RFE regarding the Medical Examination after I360 approval. I have a doubt here. Should I send it with my attorney or can I send it myself?

If I send it through my attorney it will be delayed for at least two weeks and if I send it by myself I can do it tomorrow first thing in the morning.

Also, how long does it take for USCIS to send GC after medical?

you can just send it. I did mine as well. Where did you get the RFE from NBC or your local field office? If it is from NBC then it might take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

ok. so just send your medical. write your A# on the envelope and put the copy of RFE with it. You should be fine. Mine took 7 days. Good luck

You mean after sending medical you got your green card in days?

everyone one has different experience. I chatted with EMMA to make the appointment. I told them i need to find out the status of my form i-485. They gave me an appointment. When i went to office i told them i need to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor gave me the information that i needed. It was really helpful for me.

How do you speak with emma ? Via email?
