Hello vj family,

received this letter after filing request to expedite. So my i485 was at local office, denied and filed motion to reopen i290B, got RFE for i601 waiver and after receiving the i601 receipt, I mailed it to local office as mention in the RFE. I was expecting the local office to make a decision. Why they send it to Vermont again? I sent the expedite request to Vermont humanitarian division.

I moved to Virginia from state of texas in the month of Jan 2023 got my TLC driver license and started ride sharing in New York City moreover I didn’t change my Texas driver license since I am trying to buy a house and my old job is a remote job which I am doing in Virginia area further I bought my home in the month of November 2023 and then applied for US citizenship in the month of December 2023 then in the month of Jan 2024 I changed my id Ie driver license from Virginia to New York State now I have a question that since I am living in state of New York since January 2023 but changed my id in the month of January 2024 after filing the N-400 form will this become an issue in the naturalization interview and the officer can ask why you didn’t change your id before moreover what proof I can show to the officer to support that I am living in New York State for the last one year and recently bought my own home in New York City which shows that I am a New Yorker and will live in New York I am feeling depression on this matter that might be officer raise the objection that I have to be living 3 months before applying my US citizenship in New York.

GETTING INTO HEAVEN

 

An American, a Scot, and a Canadian were in a terrible car accident.  They were all brought to the same emergency room, but all three of them died before they arrived.  Just as the doctors were about to put the toe tag on the American, he stirred and opened his eyes.

 

Astonished, the doctors and nurses asked him what happened.

Hi folks, I have a question what is that mean?  “ my removal proceeding was admin closed ,  now it shows pending.  I did motion 2 months ago to re calendar. ( for termination ) . Thank you for all comments)

can at your US naturalization under VAWA the visa officer can ask you the abuse questions again I am feeling depression on this point need some advice

The form in USCIS regarding change of states I didn’t file

Dear freind I have a very important question that If you obtain your green card through VAWA and if later on your absure lost his citizenship for any reason will this affect your VAWA or your citizenship under VAWA

so the problem is that you have to be a legal resident of the state you live in before you file N-400. Living in New York for one month does not establish residency. You need to google New York law on how many months you have to live in New York to be a resident. 
 

File your AR-11 that you now live in New York.

I am living in New York since Jan 2023 and I filed my citizenship in December 2023 morover I have also bought my own home in November 2023 in New York
