YAY TUESDAY!!!!

Oh, yes, the infamous storm that zapped out my television. I will remember it always. For two hours I listened to three very perturbed children complaining about the storm THEY slept through. For another thirty minutes I tried to explain the affects of lightening and power surges, only to be asked, "But why doesn't the television work". Like I can afford to go buy another televison. So, my choices are, don't eat this week, or live in peace via the cartoon network. LOL IS that really a choice?

You guys are so cute! Thats so sweet of you all. My mom is having a large bridal shower for me on Sept 2 at my favorite restaurant. There is going to be like 90 women there ! We asked all the women to dress up in galabia's so we can have an old fashioned henna party.

Going to get some coffee. I think Tuesdays overall are worse than Mondays. Especially since there's not even any good TV on Tuesday nights.

I woke up every 30 minutes allllllll night long. Funny thing is that hubster had the same problem. At least we were on the same schedule so we could enjoy each others company whilst waiting to fall back asleep.

OH, We have a contract on our house finally. I'm not pleased but .... we can't keep it so there's no other choice but to sell it. Hopefully soon it will be sold and we won't have that payment anymore. yay

Well if you start working on our flight plans the week will go fast. Trip planning can be fun.

congrats on the packet 3 sparrow.. We got our own good news yesterday via email...welcome letter was mailed on Aug 3, so I would think we should have the green card by the end of the month...MBP...how long was it for you from your welcome letter to receipt of the card?

Soon we can plan our trip to morocco....wooohoooo... yes I still have a love for the cute yellow dancing guys.

eigth days from the email card production ordered to the mailbox. It comes in a very non descript envelope. Idir had no idea it was the green card, but I recognized the california address.

We got the welcome letter email a few days after the green card arrived and we never recieved the welcome letter in the mail.

wow! we're starting to plan our paper wedding. thinking of doing a cruise to all the islands of hawaii then staying at our condo in maui. or just the cruise, or just the condo. then plan our real wedding for next spring sometime here in CA.

Its gonna be at this persian restaurant that I love. The place is already decorated with a middle eastern theme and had fabric hanging everywhere.

And I thought it was odd that we never received our snail mail EAD approval notice! At least we got the email for it BEFORE the EAD arrived. Ok so planning to receive it by the end of the month should not provoke too much disappointment then... Anxiously waiting to plan a trip to Victoria to introduce him to my mom's family.

When are you planning the wedding? I was originally going to get a moroccan pillow cake but I already know someone who got that. So instead its gonna be a double layer hexagon cake in shimmery gold fondant with a deep red henna design. She is also putting red crystal and gold coins on the bottom of each layer. I think either of those would be great for you since he is moroccan!
