Don't they update the processing times every 2 weeks?? I thought that they did.... I looked on the simple timeline and someone did receive a NOA2 approved for 4-3-06... Does anyone have information on this or maybe that date is a typo??? :)

USCIS used to update their processing times online on the 5th and the 20th of every month, usually at night.

Whether or not someone got an NOA2 from their service center is independent of the processing time update. Also, note that the processing times are not always accurate but estimates.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hi--where do you find this "AILA reported processing times"? It's not the same as the ones from the USCIS site, 'cause those haven't been updated yet...?

Go to the top of this page and click on "Processing Times". I believe all these dates are all estimates and Im not sure escatly which one is uptodate either but the AILA ones seem to be closer to my NOA1 date so im sticking with that LOL :)

Thanks! That is quite funny, apparently the Lawyer's Association (that's what I was missing!) knows the processing time update before USCIS does!
