There are a bunch of Google reviews that say so and I found it on pages from local immigration lawyers. Might not be up to date I'll admit.

My husband and I had our interviews on Sept. 10th and same day oath! It was so painless and the oath ceremony was beautiful. Good luck with your oath ceremony in a couple weeks!

  • 2 weeks later...

Just got our interview scheduled for November 13th!  I got the "we've taken action on your case" notice, and in my excitement locked myself out of my USCIS account - so I was going nuts trying to reset my password and find out!  So excited! 😀

Hi everyone! I finally figured out how to use “quote” properly lol! But wanted to share an update! I had my interview yesterday in Dallas. The interview was short and sweet! Yesterday my status said that I was under quality review which took me under a deep rabbit hole of studying other cases but today I had another notification that my oath is scheduled for October 18th :).

It’a been such a long journey but finally at the end line. Hoping everyone waiting hear great news soon :)

Had the same experience yesterday at Charlotte field office. Just that mine was over zoom which I had no idea was still in use

My questions were:

What major event happened on 9/11 2001?

Name one thing  Benjamin Franklin is famous for?

Promise you make when you become a citizen?

What’s an amendment?

One branch of the government?

Function of the judicial branch?

For the English reading test:
Who elects congress?

Writing test:
The people elect congress.

After that reviewed some yes/no questions on my form and made me review my info on an iPad for correct spelling on my name and if I’d like change my name, which was a no.

IO congratulated me on passing and mentioned that my application is going to be submitted for approval and I should get a response within 3 weeks. I’m happy to this done and now I’m also in the same rabbit hole reading about other cases.

Praying for the best for everyone in this long journey and hoping to getting an update sometime soon 🙏

Got my passport today. Applied on 10/2, it was shipped 10/11 and arrived today. That was ridiculously fast.

Amazing! Congratulations. Have you heard anything back?

I became a citizen today, I left the building crying and have been crying all day. It’s been such a long and testing journey. I feel like screaming from the rooftops because I have had to work for this.

I am thinking about getting the urgent passport because I do have travels coming up soon and I have no chill :)

Sincerely wishing everyone the best!
