HELP - UK to US DCF

Hi all,

I have just received a job offer in NYC which starts in May. I am a US citizen and my wife is a UK citizen, both living in the UK.

It’s looking like my start date will be before the interview / filing date for the I-130. However, my current tenancy in London ends in June. Can I show my tenancy contract in London as proof of residence, even if I have moved to the US?

Thank you!

If you need proof of residence, then where will your wife be living whilst she waits for her visa? You could use proof of that.
