We recieved intruction from NVC regarding our I-130 application. It was the I-184 bill. We decided to go on applying my adjustment of status and we already file it end o f March.

What do we do with the I-864. Do we have to call NVC to let them know that we applied for my adjustment of status? Please advise...thanks

We got that, too and we went ahead and filed the AOS papers instead. I haven't heard that there was a problem with that yet, so I guess it's okay. Don't know for certain, though. Just hoping. I did actually call the NVC and they told me they didn't want to talk to me until 90 days had passed....so, whatever to them. Hahaha.
