Looks like delay is on your end? Your case would have been decided, but USCIS lacked information and had to issue RFE? I would give them few more months. What was the basis for expediting the case?

my expedite was based on my ankle fracture. worth a try

I'm sorry about ankle injury. Definitely worth trying, but USCIS is known to ignore some expedites with US citizens suffering from cancer...

ya just wanted to try it. they have not responded yet. it has been almost a month we requested it. Also do you know how long these RFE are taking to be processed the longest @OldUser

yes !!!!!!! how long hav u been waiting for nvc?

Submitted 4 Nov and like with USCIS asking for things I’ve already sent. Spouses part all approved but still waiting for my side. Also requested a move of embassy for my interview as husband moved for his job. The consulate gave receipt received my request but NVC saying I’m still down as with the U.K.  nothing is simple but trying to stay positive.

While I wait for NVC, what kind of documents do I need to prepare for NVC

1. Police report

2. pay stubs

3. tax report

4. employee letter

Do we need employee letters and pay stubs and all? Do we also need W-1 s as well?  @Lisa K
