 I was getting worried because it seemed they were done with july and moved to August

Hopefully they are still working on some july filers. I've seen some August approvals which got me worried as am july filer

yes !!!!  i dont know whats the hold up. mine was just a missing i130-A supplemental form that my lawyer forgot to attach. anyways my lawyer is going to inquire on the 60th day which is today on whats going. apparently u can ask on 60th day mark about rfe so hopefully that helps...nd i will ask jim hacking. also going to submit medical expedition request ( it does not hurt i guess). @Willie_Overall

i also requested an expedite with my medical reason yesterday. so hopefully that also helps with speeding my RFE

I haven't been on here in a while. We're still waiting. They were served the first week of November. So they have until the first week of January.

no same here. still no response from USCIS. it is ridiculous. they have not responded to my expedited request either. i called many times but no progress. they just say they will response in 72 hrs and they email and say still processing. emma chat is also useless. congressman also tried but still no response. progress tab still shows 5 months. it keeps fluctuating between 4- 5 months what the hell. it has been 90 days since we submitted our RFE but still no response. this is so depressing. How much did you have to pay to file the self mandamus to the USCIS?

Looks like delay is on your end? Your case would have been decided, but USCIS lacked information and had to issue RFE? I would give them few more months. What was the basis for expediting the case?

my lawyer forgot to attach I130- A supplemental form when they first submitted so i am beyond pissed and mad and disappointed. I have already waited 3 months. I do not know how long before they see my RFE submitted. Many people have got their RFE respose back in 1 month or less from what i have seen here. I do not know why Nebraska is so slow.

Total cost of lawsuit was $5400.

 

To answer your DM question, we're also in Nebraska (as far as I know).
