Timeline

You get an email and later a letter in the postbox. This letter you should bring to the interview……

 

and before you should see it under Document in your Uscis Account ….

My PD was 18 Jul and I had contacted USCIS months ago and they said they had all they needed to make a decision. A few days ago I contacted Emma on line and again got told they had everything but then received an RFE. I’ve sent what they asked for again and now I’m waiting for a decision again. At least it means they are looking at my account. I hope u hear soon.

what does your current processing timeline show at uscis for the RFE? mine says 5 months which scares me but i dont think those timelines r accurate. they keep fluctuating @Lisa K

Yes mine is 5 months also. Trying to stay positive.

I understand and sorry for the mistake that happened. Hope you get approval soon . They don't look at any cases until they want to review it, and whenever you reach them seems they just give you random answer.
