I figured out in the meantime that my case is not anymore in Nebraska. They moved it also to Texas.

My Progress stays nearly 11 Months now………your case is taking longer……don’t know what I can do.

Texas is one of the slower ones……..all tell me Tired Time For Bed GIF by MightyMike

Should I apply for I-129F? The form should be FREE for people who already filled I-130.

Is this a good strategy to get a wife here faster since I-130 is not budging?

You can try. It won't negatively impact your case. It works to speed up the case for some people.

They won't approve the I129F. They will deny it and maybe the I130 will be approved.

Adjustment of status is only done for us citizen spouses who are applying for the I130 within the US. If your spouse is outside that is called consular processing

If it won't negatively impact the case, It sounds tempting to try and fill out I-129F to light a fire under their butt. I just don't want to mess up the case.

Did you come across people who we're successful with his strategy?

Yes I have come across a few people on different forums that were successful.

It's random selection.

This is usually successful for filers who submitted the I-129 within a few months of submitting the I-130. The I-129 takes 6 months to process on average, so it’s unclear if filing it now would help spur a decision on your existing I-130 petition.
