Originally I got an RFE for my sponsors income, we satisfied that.

 

Now I just got another one for AOS that is saying I need medical exam.

 

My medical exam in Canada was done at the end of July last year so still not 12 months.

 

How do I respond to this RFE so annoying because I believe this is a mistake and it's not required.

 

In my original packet I sent in my DS-3025 with instructions highlighted saying I don't need it again under K1.....

 

Cannot believe this happened now.. so do I just respond again with the instructions highlighted and my ds-3025 for the second time?
