Yes it starts with IOE. He logged in to the online account but there's no mention of the i751. It did have an option to link the case but he needed a code on the i797 to link it. The problem is he didn't get it in the mail so he can't link it.

The other thing I'm wondering is that when he and his wife started this journey she, the USC petitioner, created the USCIS account with her email. Now he's in the removal stage. They are filing jointly but I'm wondering if he has to have his own account.

He did not receive anything in the mail, no I 797c, no extension letter, no biometrics appointment. Problem is he mailed i751 on 3/7, they sent him a text 3/11 saying they received it and mailed him I 797c. Son and wife moved and changed address, AR 11 on 3/14 and did USPS forwarding. They still have not received this notice.

That was unfortunate timing... He should have filed after moving using new address.

USPS forwarding works 50% of the time.

I was moving as my I-751 got approved. Nothing worked. USPS forwarding, mail intercept, hold mail... All failed and GC showed at old address.

If he has connection to somebody living at / managing old address, he should reach out and see what mail they received.

It's possible to USCIS to send further notices to new address after they process AR-11. It's also possible for them to keep sending everything to the old address.

I guess son put old address in I-751?

If not biometrics reuse, the letter he was sent I-797C could have had the code...

As I mentioned, you can chat to a live agent through Emma and ask for the code.

Yes, he needs to have his own account. He, the immigrant, is the petitioner of the I-751 so it would be under his own account.
