In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Hello

I'm aware that the fee for AOS will be changing this April 1st. Does anyone know the details of how much it will be to do AOS with I130?

Thank you

Including I-765 and I-130?

Based on marriage, immediate relative sponsor or employment? How old is beneficiary?

You can research here:

If my calculations are correct after reading the new preview fee schedule for April 1, 2024:

I-130  $625 (online filing)  ($675 Paper)
I-131  $630 (Advance Parole)
I-485  $1440 (General filing)
I-765  $520  (General filing)

Grand Total  $3215

Do all those form include a child too, or are there extra fees if a child is included too?
