Wrong address on Selective Service System

Hello. I have a previous address where I lived in the SSS registration card as well as middle name (I don’t use it) on it. 
 

Would that be an issue at the interview?

 

Was anyone asked to provide SSS proof at the interview?

nothing more you can do..

46 but I registered in 1997 when I was 19. I have the print out from the SSS website.

I did not ask yet. I know he submitted the search result print out for SSS. Date and # in the application. I did not get RFE. Looks like I am good?
