Everytime someone posts here, its like i hear crickets 🙄🤣

Still waiting on AOS... March 8...

Was hoping on a fast approval, we have a pretty easy case, same nationality originally, lived in same city back home etc.

I think besides the few cases that are approved in 3-4 months time a more realistic timeline is 1-1.5 years from recent approvals i've seen on our Facebook Group.

That's what I think too. I can't see how can there be many approvals in 3-4 months if opening packet and creating a case takes 1.5-2 months nowadays for many people.

Waiting here too :( We sent application 3/25, packet was received 3/29 and case was created 5/8 😱

My husband got his EAD approved 5/30, then received the card (not combo card) 6/5 -- hoping for AOS approval soon :)

It takes USCIS 1.5-2 months just to open your packet nowadays.

But I also see cases where people received their NOA in 3 days. Actually the majority gets them quicka dn I see green cards received in as quick as 2, 3, 4 months.

Just to say my case was approved on July 18th.

Case was received March 8th and Biometrics taken March 29th.

I'd heard literally nothing since March 29th and suddenly got approved!

Which location did you file?

We have the exact same dates. Case was received March 8th, biometrics 29 March!

EAD and AP combo card was approved on May 9th

We received it on 24 May

Still waiting on Adjustment of Status

It's very Field Office specific (as well as usual fluctuations). I personally don't know any 2024 filer that has been waiting longer than 7 months for AOS. I think he was the longest we've had waiting (Applied Dec 2023 technically). The 2023 and 2022 filers seem to have been a bit 'left' behind.
I don't have the largest sample size of K1 to AOS though as not everyone in k1 group stays active during AOS but yeah, from personal experience everyone I know has gotten in 7months or less recently. The 7 months also had RFEs, an interview scheduled then canceled so it was an odd one anyway.

I do always say it can be anywhere from 2 weeks to a yr on ave though. I did see someone get it in 2 weeks which is rough when still waiting 😭 I wasn't originally bothered but it turn out a lot of local jobs in my field require gc, USC or travel so now I'm anxious for it.

Have you been checking API to see when your case was last accessed or checked if it's at local field office yet? Mine was sent to KC early June

Card produced 07/26, tracking number provided is the same as a previous one (apparently they re-use tracking numbers, who knew?). Eagerly awaiting it's arrival. Again, praying for fast approvals for everyone in here!

I got an update over the weekend starting that an action has been taken on my case (I485) When I logged on to check, my status went from “we are actively reviewing you case” to “USCIS is actively reviewing your case”.

my petition date was 3/13 and I had my biometrics on 4/4. This is the first update I’ve had on my I485 since my biometrics. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else or if this was a glitch of some sort? Nothing in my documents tab either.IMG_0713.thumb.jpeg.14b0c91e9a678efb8f124fedcd655351.jpeg

Hi friends

Just got my i-485 approved today!

March 19 - Filed I-130, I-485+medical, I-765, I-131

March 22 - NOA on I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

April 12 - Biometrics appointment scheduled

May 1 - Biometrics appointment

May 3 - Standalone EAD approval notice

May 22 - Standalone EAD card delivered

July (all throughout) - multiple emails with "action has been taken on your case" and no real update on the website (it did cause mild panic)

July 29 - i-485 approved!

I am so, so grateful!

Hoping everyone will have a swift approval.

Thank you all for posting your timelines and this forum for all the help and support.
