US revokes all visas for South Sudanese over country’s failure to repatriate citizens

State department ‘taking actions to revoke all visas held by South Sudanese passport holders and prevent further entry’, secretary of state says

Washington is revoking all visas for South Sudanese passport holders and blocking new arrivals, secretary of state Marco Rubio said on Saturday, complaining the African nation is not accepting its nationals expelled from the US.

The state department “is taking actions to revoke all visas held by South Sudanese passport holders and prevent further issuance to prevent entry”, Rubio said in a statement.

Either cooperate with the USA, or pay the price.  The US isn't going to be pushed around by anyone.....anymore.

Trump Administration Sends Brutally Honest Response Saying Judge Can't Undo a Perfectly Good Deportation

The Justice Department filed an application for an emergency stay of an order requiring an adjudicated MS-13 member be brought back the United States that stopped within inches of calling the district court judge who issued the order a moron.  In a tersely worded brief that demolished the entire proceeding, the Justice Department's brief ridiculed the order by Obama-appointed Judge Paula Xinis to "facilitate and effectuate" Kilmar Abrego Garcia's return to the US by Monday night, saying:  [...]

US Supreme Court temporarily blocks order to return migrant deported to El Salvador in error

April 7 (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court temporarily halted on Monday a judge's order requiring President Donald Trump's administration to return by the end of the day a Salvadoran man who the government has acknowledged was deported in error to El Salvador.

Chief Justice John Roberts, acting on behalf of the court, paused the order by U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis that the administration return Kilmar Abrego Garcia by the end of Monday, in response to a lawsuit filed by the man and his family challenging the legality of his deportation.

Still trying to find out more about this guy.  According to some, there was an order of removal attached to him from 2019 with the only caveat being he could not be removed to El Salvador, so sort of in a stasis.  So was he in fact legal here, or just sort of safe at least from removal to El Salvador.  I understand his asylum claims were rejected which I understand he filed after the 2019 removal order.  Then he got married to a USC (being married to a USC does not confer legal status).  So why are all the MSM types saying he was here in the country legally?  He apparently has no pathway to LPR while inside the US having entered without inspection.  Maybe his wife should start the I130 process now that he is outside the US.

I remeber seeing quite a few of these cases with Cubans who were LPRs commuted crimes, could not be returned? lost their GC and were placed in limbo land withholding of removal.

This guy entered illegally, arrested send to Immigration Court, defensive Asylum claim rejected, did marry his GF and was put in WoR as the Judge held it was not safe for him to return?

Combination of him being a gang member, threatened by gang members, who knows.

Assuming his wife is a USC it would be a long process first the I 130 then the I 601a.

Here's one I find interesting.  This guy has been in the US for 30 years and never applied for asylum or a Green Card.  Newsweek plays to the emotional circumstances......but the truth is buried down in the article.  The headline is a lie.

Probably cannot AOS.  There is a risk of crossing the border illegally, and then trying to hide under the radar.  Does this guy have an actual and valid SSN?  Why didn't they pursue a spousal visa via consulate processing when they married?  These are some of the questions I wish these 'journalists' from the synchronized media would ask.

Yep.  He would have to process through his consulate and he would require some waivers, I assume.

I think they mean that they had children in the US not that his wife is a USC. They seem to miss the important bits.

Just heard that Trump just ended TPS status for all who entered the US using that CBP-One app Biden created. DHS sent them emails saying "It's time to abandon the US".

Illegal Tries Kicking at Kristi Noem, but She’s Unfazed – 'Yeah, You're Scaring Me With Your Crocs'

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem took part in early-morning deportation raids in Arizona Tuesday, almost getting kicked by an illegal alien as he was detained in the back of a police vehicle.

Noem, who takes part in the raids to remind criminal aliens that there's a new sheriff in town, was speaking with a suspect who had just been cuffed and placed in the back of the SUV.

"Do you understand the charges against you?" she asked Jose Escobar-Robles, who was being picked up for reportedly illegally funneling money to Mexican drug cartels.

Escobar-Robles's response was muffled, but Noem replied, "Yeah, well, you're gonna be prosecuted."

"You don't commit crimes in our country," she said, prompting the accused to lift his leg and extend a foot in her direction.

Noem backed up slightly and replied, "Yeah, yeah.  You're scaring me with your crocs."  [...]
