DCF in London… Ignorantly sent i130 to USCIS

OK, so the withdrawal route might be worth the risk.  Have you talked to the consulate as @Redro suggested to see if they would entertain a DCF if you withdraw the I130?  Here is the thread of the person that went through it recently (it was very complicated), and it appears they talked to the consulate ahead of time.
