I-129F - Question about beneficiary's name

I'm filling out my fiancé's information (he's Indian). His given name on the passport is A B C D.

A B is his father's name. C is his name. D is his family name/surname. He does not have a middle name.

In part 2 of the form, the order in which the name of the beneficiary is as follows:

1.a. Family Name (Last Name)

1.b. Given Name (First Name)

1.c. Middle Name

How do I go about filling in his name in this section? His entire name does not fit under "Given Name." Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
