Hello Guys, I have Applied for my brothers to come to the US in 2020 and 2021. USCIS sent me the approval letter in October 2023. I tried to start my NVC process today, but I found the following message:

Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The NVC will notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time.

I couldn't pay the fees and the fees choose is highlighted (grayed).

The interview in Jerusalem, Israel.

Priority date :  NOV 25 the 2020.

what I'm I expecting here?

You're a long way off being able to start the NVC process. As you can see from Table B on the current Visa Bulletin, only people who applied 16 years or more ago (before March 2008) are able to do that now.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-march-2024.html

You're at least 20 years away, just keep an eye on the Visa Bulletin occasionally and see what's happening with it.

Good luck.

I would diary it for 2045 and see how things are progressing

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You should expect at least 20 years before there is any movement on these cases.   Sibling visas are numerically limited, and there are hundreds of thousands in the queue before you.

I remember seeing the number...., millions anyway.
