Case FE Review note - After being DQ’d

After an astonishing period of just 6 days the IR1 visa has been DQ’d. 
 

There is a ‘Case FE Review note’ Im uncertain what it means though. I’d appreciate anyones thoughts on the below. My only guess is that evidence of the source of income was not uploaded, rather I uploaded bank statements with that income shown as a line item. I’m not relaying on assets to exceed the poverty level. My employment is foreign, this will end, but other income easily exceeds the poverty level. That income will continue Stateside.

A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview.
