Congratulations!

Under what rule did you apply 5 or 3 year? Did you have ROC?

Funny enough, I could have qualified for the 3-year rule, but having to wat over 2 years for my ROC, it put me closer to the 5-year mark. Didn't really feel a rush to get the N-400 done, but I'm glad I got it done when I did, considering the political *bleep* storm going on as of late.

Agreed. Congratulations again! In our case, the officer verbally said everything is in order and you would be approved but he needed to process the ROC before he could approve the N-400. I hope it all gets done sooner!

Interview was last week, apparently it takes a few weeks between interview and next step.

It's always nice when it's down to a matter of when, not if. Congratulations to you! Enjoy your ceremony when it takes place!

My husband was approved today! He had his interview September 3, passed but got an RFE September 17 for police clearance letters from Houston and Mankato, MN (where he lived 3 months back in the 90’s). They received his RFE October 17, and we got the approval today. Last update is the we have placed you in line for oath ceremony status.

I'd wait for updates.

4 months is a random estimate, don't take it seriously.

Thank you, to update everyone, I received a status update notification this past Saturday that both cases have been approved and in line for Oath Ceremony.

Thank you everyone for all the help, at the very last bit of it now.

Nice, congratulations!!!

As others can see, the estimate of 4 months was totally irrelevant.

Hello Guys!

We filed up Our N-400s with my wife separately but same day on 4 of March 2024. we did it together.

My interview and oath passed got August 4 and September 4, My pasaport and our children arrived. September 2024.

But she hasn’t got her interview yet. 8 months finished.  Uscis shows nothing just regular things “it seems like longer process time”.

I sent two times inquiry,  first one they answered “everything is fine your file is approved, your oath ceremony will be scheduled”.

And i answered with second inquiry them “how we can make oath before interview😊” It was last week they didnt apply yet.

I dont understand totally same files but from this day,  3 months Gap between them?

Is there anybody lived that similar situation in their family? Is there any suggestion that i can do?

We filed on 3/11 and no update yet. We are still waiting for interview. We sent an inquiry and we were told to wait until an interview spot becomes available. We send second inquiry and they haven't responded.

We are just simply waiting. Over 250 days and our status still says "Under review."

Any Jacksonville, FL, March 2024 filler is still waiting for their Interview to be scheduled.
I applied in March 10th, 2024 still waiting for the interview, I tried this route - asked Senator to reach out to USCIS and was told the case in normal processing times

Other friends who applied after us have gotten interviews and went though outh ceremonies....while we just wait. I know every case is unique, but this is unfair.
