Hello, Everyone. I filled out N-400 for a full family 90 days before on 03/23/2024 and did bio-matrics on 04/11/2024. Does anybody know how long it takes for the interview? We are Green card holders.

Anyone here from Seattle who is still waiting for interview to be scheduled?

Did they offer to get oath right after officer approved your citizenship ?

They did not. They said they would contact me and they use different offices for the oath so I’m not even sure which one I’m going to or if it’s going to be a courthouse.

Yeah, filed 3/22, still waiting. Let us know once yours is scheduled, I'm guessing it will be before ours.

Sure will do. Your green card was employment based, right?

I wonder why they offer some people to have an oath right with officer and for others they make to go through the ceremony

Hi all.  Filed on-line Mar 28.  Marriage based green card from 2012.   Received a receipt (Form I-797C Notice of Action) and "reuse of biometrics" within a couple of days of application.   Notice Date May 9th they have scheduled my interview for June 11.   I am an Oregon filer.  I am in southern Oregon.  The Portland Field Office is working my file.   My interview is in the Medford Jackson County Library (2 1/2 hrs away).  Better than Portland which is about 6-7 hours away.   They list items to bring in the letter.  The items that apply to me are:

the interview letter

green card

passport

marriage cert

spouse birth cert

originals of docs that I submitted online to support my N400 application

Good luck to all !

My husband and I applied on the same day(3/16) and both of our interviews got scheduled for June 21 st. Got the interview notification today. How often the oath ceremony happens at San Jose? We have already booked flights tickets for our india trip on July 23 rd. Just wondering whether we will be able to attend the oath ceremony before our trip. Please guide us based on your wife’s interview and oath ceremony timeline. Thanks in advance.

San Jose have oath ceremonies every other friday.  My wife's interview was on 6th May. They approved the application on the spot and gave her the oath letter for 10th May.

So I expect future San Jose oath ceremonies will be like 24th May, 7th June , 21st June, 5th July and so on.   You might get same day oath or 5th july.

Passport takes 1-2 days and India e visa take 1-2 days. So I believe you should have ample amout of margin if you are traveling on July 23rd
