Is there any March filer from NYC field office that got their interview scheduled yet? I filed on March 26 but radio silence.

We filled N400 in early March for my wife, married to USC 3-year rule, and got biometrics re-use, and since then no updates. No interview date yet.

"Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

As of March 12, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization"

Also Los Angeles here, but San Fernando Valley Field Office, since I'm in the valley. Do you have a pending I-751? I filed my N-400 on March 4th under the 3-year rule and just got my interview notice! :) You will probably get yours soon as well!

Go to USCIS site for N400 online application.

It will lead you through a series of questions, at the end of which it will let you know if you qualify or not.

Is there anyone that has filed on the same day they're eligible to early file?

Through a case status tracker app I downloaded. They approved my I-751 the next day, which means they were actually looking at it this time. No combo interview is required anymore. So grateful!

That's amazing! congratulations. Mind sharing the name of the app? and is it for android or iOS? thanks in advance!

Same here, although mine was from April 2023. I'm sure it will get approved soon! Fingers crossed

I don't expect any movement on the I-751 until the interview date. From what I've heard, they typically approve the N-400 and I-751 simultaneously during the interview. Congratulations on receiving your interview notice! I’ve heard that the SF Valley office processes applications faster than LA, so fingers crossed!

My N-400 interview was scheduled on July 31st (The interview is September 3rd). The following day, on August 1st, my I-751 status changed to "Case being actively reviewed by USCIS" again, and my I-751 was approved on August 2nd. I assume it was the field office taking proactive steps to approve my I-751. After a long wait, everything progressed quickly at the end.

Hi again  Case status update Aug 6. (interview was Jun 11 where I was told I was approved but I was sent to quality review)

Oath ceremony was mailed.  Checked docs online.  USCIS N-445 is a 4 page doc telling you what to bring, to dress appropriately and instructions on how to answer the questions on page 3 & 4.  My actual oath ceremony is scheduled for Oct 17 in Eugene OR.   4 1/2 hour drive.  I guess better than Portland which would be at least double that.

Good Luck !

Same situation. 751 has been under review since 3/22/23 and N400 since 3/23/24. Applied under 3yr rule and San Francisco FO.

UPDATE-

Just received a notification from USCIS that my interview has been setup. But it doesn’t show any details. I guess I’ll need to wait for a physical letter to show up in mail. I-751 also changed status at the same time.

Your N-400 interview letter will show up in your USCIS online account.
