Welp, just got my interview notice today!

05/09: Interview notice sent for 06/18.

Tracker is now showing 7 months processing time, lol.

My anniversary date is 06/05 I had applied with the early 90 day filing date.

Oh wow, that is awesome! Really hope I get mine soon as well. Fingers crossed and good luck :) !

When did you file your case and what is your field office?

Cleveland and I sent it on the middle of March. Still nothing about my oath date. Just says I’m placed in line for the ceremory.

You applied under 3 years rule based on marriage? What is your field office?

No I did it under the 5 year rule. I got my GC through my parents who got sponsored by their company.

Field office is Detroit.

I applied for naturalization on 3/13/2024. I did not upload evidence for payment of speeding tickets fine when I applied N-400 online. I answered YES to the question that asked "Have you EVER been cited, detained, arrested etc...", provided additional details and thought I will take the proofs with me for interview. I am wondering if this may delay my interview scheduling and should I now upload the evidence as unsolicited evidence while the N-400 application is being processed? I need suggestions please.

Hello, I want to clarify that I'm not a lawyer and cannot provide legal advice. However, according to various online sources, tickets under $500 typically don't necessitate additional evidence, although it's advisable. Additionally, you can submit extra evidence through your online USCIS account. From my understanding, this shouldn't typically cause a delay in your case, but I can't say for certain. Just make sure you bring the receipt to your interview. If you're worried about it, contact an attorney. They can further assist you.

I filed on March, 18 2024 and also still wait for my interview notice. I spoke to a Customer Service Agent at USCIS yesterday and they told me my case is currently at NBC. Not sure if they schedule interviews and transfer the case to the local field office afterwards or if the local field office schedules the interview after they receive the case file. Does anyone know how the process works?

green card application is still pending. I didn’t request a joint interview for both. Did anyone request this after their n400 interview was scheduled?
