Hello Everyone,

I sent my K1 visa petition on July 27, to the Nebraska Center, I havent recieved any signs of nothing, no check cashed, or nothing, anyone have any idea, what I can expect for days, or weeks for something happening

July 25th-Sent K1 petition to NSC

July 26th NSC received petition

Aug 11th Received NOA1

Expect a couple of weeks, with the large influx of cases being filed before the fees were increased July 30.

You did use a trackable method like priority mail certified? This will at least tell you they received the petition.

Also update your profile, you are no longer filing for "N/A" are you?

Do not panic....hopefully you sent a check and you can watch for the check to clear. Don't be upset if it takes awhile for your NOA1 to reach you in the snail mail. I had to do anti panic excercises...but once you get your receipt number you feel alot better. Good luck!

It took one month before our cheque was cashed. See my signature for details.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

It's only been last week...don't panic...and I agree with everyone else...

You will come to learn that with the USCIS, it's nothing but a waiting game...

Patience is a virtue here.

13 April 2007--Mailed I-129F (Processed at California Service Center)

18 April 2007--Received NOA1

13 Aug. 2007--Received NOA2

09 Oct. 2007--Medical in London

08 Nov. 2007--Visa Interview & Approved

14 Nov. 2007--Pete receives K1 visa in the mail

21 Nov. 2007-- Pete arrives in the United States (together at last!!)

27 Dec. 2007--Our 3 year anniversary of being engaged

16 Feb. 2008--We were married!!

Since mid April, NOA1 has been taking around 30 days when filing at the NSC, just look at other NSC filers timelines. (That's why it's important that you filll yours).

We received our NOA1 34 days after we filed.

Just be patient :) your journey is only beginning.

APPLIED FOR NATURALIZATION 07/2021

08.01.2011 - I-751 SENT

08.05.2011 - Check cashed

08.08.2011- NOA Received

08.19.2011 - Biometrics Letter Received

09.12.2011 - Biometrics Appointment

01.27.2012 - Card production ordered

02.01.2012 - 10 year GC Received

07.25.2021 - N400 filed online

08.09.2021- Biometrics re-use notice

04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN
