You never know what is actually happening within the consulate or these departments. There is no point of contact so cannot do much. USCIS gives you your approval by mail but they are also supposed to send the data to be uploaded onto PIMS which is like a cloud to save all the data and distribute it to the consulate. But they forgot to upload it apparently!

I think you’ve been told a load of nonsense by a call handler tbh. As @SalishSea said, your whole file must have been sent to the consulate otherwise an interview wouldn’t have been scheduled. And you know the reason they’re doing AP - if they didn’t have all the data from your petition they’d have asked other questions.

so then why would they, on a recorded call say they have not sent the data? He also gave his ID! just curious, even on e-mail he said it has been uploaded on 21st march 2024. I have a feeling it is bullcrap but it made some sense because at the time of the interview they told me we haven't got your case yet!

Curiouser and curiouser! Your timeline says the consulate received your case on 1st September, where did that date come from then?

that's the day of my interview, I do not know how it works but then why would they say on a recorded line that they forgot it? They can be sued for deceiving people right?

Nope. The Supreme count has ruled that you cannot count on anything told to you by a US government employee. But even if you were given the wrong info, then it won't have been intentional - remember that these are call centre workers, reading off a script, with no actual immigration knowledge.

Has your online status ever said that the case if being transferred to the consulate, or has been received there?
