anyone approved mid to end july and case transfer to NVC?

I129F was approved 7/13 and sent to Embassy on 7/26. I have yet to receive any notifications. Called NVC and they provided information and case number.

130 was approved 7/12 - Have NOA2 hardcopy but system not updated. Have a service request in the system to determine issue. Not sure if this will add value or not. Had a false approve due to computer glitch back in April.

2007-02-22 I-130 pending at California Service Center

2007-03-19 I-129F NOA1

2007-04-11 I-129F NOA2 --> False Approval Computer Glitch

2007-07-13 I-129F NOA2 Approved

2007-07-26 Transferred to Manila Embassy - No notification to date
